What is Hospice?

Hospice is a program of compassionate, family-centered care for individuals faced with a terminal illness.

When is it time?

Anyone who has been diagnosed with a life limiting illness, with a prognosis of six months or less can benefit.

Where to start

A referral to Hospice can be made whenever a patient and family are dealing with a life limiting illness.
